Dave entered the insurance business in 1980, joined DANA Insurance and Risk Management in 1994, and earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation in 2001.
Dave has presented seminars at a number of environmental industry events over the past fourteen years, including State Environmental Conferences and petroleum industry meetings. As a member of Maryland’s Ad Hoc Committee on Oil, the Mid-Atlantic Petroleum Distributors’ Association, the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey and the West Virginia Oil Marketers Association, Dave’s work with the respective Departments of Environment throughout the eastern United States has helped influence and resolve regulatory code and policy issues for hundreds of owners and operators of underground storage tanks.
A Maryland native, Dave resides in Westminster with his wife, Gina, and daughters Samantha and Megan.
