Joanne L. Lindner – Client Services for Storage Tank Program

Joanne joined DANA Insurance and Risk Management in 2003 and has her Maryland Property and Casualty license. In her role as Client Services, Joanne interacts with owners and operators of underground storage tanks on a daily basis. In overseeing the processing of thousands of renewal forms, she manages insurance and regulatory correspondence between clients, commercial brokers and the pollution liability underwriters.

Matthew C. Beery – Client Services for Professional Liability

Matt has his Maryland Property and Casualty license and, prior to joining the firm, worked for Zurich Insurance for several years. In his role as Client Services, Matt interacts with architects, engineers and environmental consultants on a daily basis. He is responsible for securing E&O coverage for new clients and managing the renewal process, including commercial coverages, for current clients. Matt also manages the insurance correspondence between clients, commercial brokers and the professional liability underwriters.

Jo Oakey – Client Services for Certificates

Jo joined DANA Insurance and Risk Management in 2005. In her role as Certificate Specialist, Jo processes email, fax and web site requests for Certificates of Insurance. These forms involve complex contract terms, can include endorsement wording and are often needed on a quick turnaround basis.

Kathy Kropp – Manager of Finance

Kathy joined DANA Insurance and Risk Management in 2006 after working for a credit union for several years. Her finance management skills are utilized in assisting our clients with premium invoicing, installment financing and accounting matters.
